Applying Filters to the Job List

The current user can look at the jobs belonging to other users – if he is authorized to do so – by selecting a user name from the drop-down list or selecting the item "All".

You can use filters to reduce the number of items on the job list. Filters specify the attributes of the export and import jobs that are to be used as selection criteria. A drop-down list contain the filters that have already been defined and a function for creating and editing filters is located above the job list on the "Jobs" form.

When you select a filter by clicking on it, the job list changes accordingly. The job list then only includes export and import jobs whose attributes match those specified in the selected filter.
