Editing Job Filters

The drop-down list with the name "Filter", which is located above the job list, contains an item "Edit filter" that allows you to define, edit and delete user-specific filters. When you click on "Edit filter", the "Filter" dialog window is opened.

A field in the upper part of the dialog window contains a list of the names of previously defined filters. If you select an item on the list by clicking on it, the criteria defined in the selected filter and used to select the export jobs to be included in the job list are displayed in the lower part of the dialog window.

If you want to edit a previously defined filter, modify the selection criteria defined in the selected filter.

To delete a filter and its selection criteria, click on the "delete" button in the upper part of the dialog window once you have selected the relevant filter from the list.

Click on the "new" button located below the list if you want to define a new filter. Any predefined settings can be changed.

Save any specifications you have made for filters by clicking on the "save" button at the bottom of the dialog window.

When you click on the "close" button, the "Filter" dialog window is closed and the name of any newly defined filter is added to the drop-down list of job filters displayed above the job list on the "Jobs" form or, if appropriate, an item is removed from the list. At the same time any newly defined or modified filter is applied to the scope of the job list.
