Defining Job Filters

You can specify the following criteria in the "Filter" dialog. These criteria are used to filter the jobs displayed in the job list:

Name Function
Name Field in which you can enter the name of the filter. The filter is added to the appropriate list under this name, and this name allows you to use, edit and delete the filter. By default, this field contains the character string "Filter".
Data exchange partner Fields that describe the data exchange partner (company, name) for which the jobs are to be displayed. You can use the following special characters to specify the user groups to be displayed:
? represents any character
* represents any number of characters, including no character at all
You can also use patterns (character strings comprising alphanumeric characters and the above-mentioned wildcards).
Status A number of check boxes that you can activate to specify that jobs having a certain job status are (not) to be displayed. By default, all job statuses are to be taken into consideration.
Earliest/Latest job submit time Fields in which you can enter the earliest/latest time at which a job to be displayed may have been submitted in the format YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM:SS. Default: current date and time.
Apply If you activate this check box, the specifications or changes you have made are applied when you click on "OK".
BJP ID Field in which you can enter a BJP ID to restrict display to only jobs that have this BJP ID.
A check box that you can activate to display only jobs that have not been assigned to a batch job processor (worker). This selection criterion is only available if the OpenDXM Job Editor has been configured accordingly.
Jobs in the last x days Check box and field that you can use to restrict the jobs displayed in the list to jobs created during the last x-number of days (during the last 700 days at most).
Export/Import Check boxes that restrict the jobs displayed in the list to export and/or import jobs.
