Main Menu for the OpenDXM Supplier Client

The menu bar located at the top of each form in the OpenDXM Supplier Client, which comprises a number of so-called "tabs", provides you with access to the following applications:

Upload This application is used to transfer files from the context of the OpenDXM Supplier Client to the context of the OpenDXM batch processor by creating an export job.
Jobs This application is used to monitor and list the jobs that have been created, display job parameters and details relating to data sets, and make the files generated available for transfer.
Interactions This application is used to monitor and control jobs that include an interactive step.
Inquiry

This application is used to query and display the job description of import and export jobs that have been created and archived. This application is started in a separate window.
Download This application is used to transfer the files made available by an import or export job from the context of the OpenDXM batch processor to the context of the OpenDXM Supplier Client.

The availability of the individual applications depends on the configuration of the OpenDXM Job Editor. It is possible to use a resource file to change the names on the tabs (see the OpenDXM Reference Manual).

When you select an application from the menu, the tab of the activated application is highlighted, and the appropriate form is displayed.

The following menu items are available in all the applications and are located at the top of the relevant form:

Logoff exits the current application and returns to the start page of the OpenDXM Supplier Client.
Support allows you to e-mail user-specific queries.
Help displays application-specific help information.
Info displays product and contact information, as well as information about the OpenDXM installation if appropriate.
