General Error Messages

General error messages are issued:

• when you log on to the job server if you have not been registered in the database. Users must be registered in the database by the administrator.
  
  
• if you do not perform any actions within the application during a predefined period of time. In this case, you must log on to the job server again.

When you create an upload or download task for the first time, a security check for the http file transfer applet is performed. If you respond negatively to this security check, no job can be created. You have to close and reopen the browser to be prompted again and get a chance to respond positively.
