Once the information about the receiver of the data has been entered, a file selection dialog is displayed. You use this dialog to select the files from the local file system that are to be used in the upload job.
This dialog supports the multiple selection of files from the users' local directories.
When you click on the "OK" button in the file selection dialog, the selected file(s) become part of the upload job and are displayed in the field "Files" on the upload form.
If you activate the check box "Files are part of an assembly", all the selected files are assigned to a single data set. Otherwise, each file will be assigned to an individual data set.
If the configured number of permitted files or data sets is exceeded, an error message is displayed above the display of the selected files.
Note: It is not possible to select files with invalid special characters in the file name and files with the same name.
