Job List

A job list comprising the jobs created by the current user is displayed when you click on "Jobs" in the menu bar of the OpenDXM Supplier Client. You can configure the number of items that are to be displayed simultaneously in the job list. If the number of jobs determined exceeds the configured number, the number of available jobs and buttons for navigating the list are displayed below the job list.

Jobs belonging to other users can be displayed if the current user is a member of one or more user groups or has been given job privileges. The job list changes accordingly once a user group and/or user name has been selected from the drop-down list. The affiliation of the current user with one or more user groups and the appropriate job privilege must be specified in the OpenDXM database.
